The Yothera Method Facilitator Training is experiential, and designed to teach participants how to guide their own clients through the Yothera Method, as well as go through this powerful method themselves.

The Yothera Method consists of 3 Phases, taken over an 8-week period of time in a hybrid model (combination of self-study + live zoom webinars). Once this foundational 8-week course is completed, you will be invited to move towards certification within a couple weeks of completing the course to keep the information fresh in your mind. The certification portion consists of logging 50 hours of client sessions, participating in 4 group consultations, and completing an exit session with Jessica within a 6-month period of time.

Once certified, you’ll be invited into the Graduate Membership, where you have expanded access to resources, community connections, referral network, featured on the website, social media, and newsletters, and additional perks that come with maintaining yearly certification membership.

Part of going through the YMFT Program is not only learning how to bring this work into your work with clients, it’s also going through the Yothera Method for yourself as part of the experiential training process. This is why waiting until you’ve gone through the 8-week course yourself first is important before starting to practice it with clients.
