Hi, I'm Jessica Maitri, LCSW

Certified Brainspotting Consultant, Certified Yoga Therapist, Breathwork Guide, Reiki + Intuitive Healer

As an embodied and experiential therapist, I'm here to guide you in accessing ALL of your Self, body, mind, and spirit, to ground you into the most expansion version of yourself, past your limiting mind-stories and old stories.

My style as a guide and mentor, is a unique blend of eastern and western wisdom–gleaned from being an entrepreneur in private practice since 2010 as an Licensed Clinical Social Worker, thousands of hours of trainings in a variety of somatic healing modalities such as Brainspotting, Yoga Therapy, Somatic Breathwork, Reiki and energy healing–along with my clinical background in western education. I also have honed my skills as an energy intuitive healer, able to access higher dimensional information and guidance for those I works with.

As more individuals are navigating multiple levels of awakening, I assists other therapists, helpers and healers of all modalities and professional backgrounds who desire to step into their next level of service. As your guide, together we co-create our intentions, and follow the body’s intuition, access the subconscious, and unlock stuck energy held in the body for lasting healing.

I strongly believe in developing personal sovereignty and freedom, breaking free of the confines of generational trauma, societal conditioning, and I invite you to do the same. Our work together will invite you to embrace JOY, FREEDOM, and what it means to be fully ALIVE in your BODY.

The Meaning of Maitri

You may have heard of the sanskrit word “Maitri” which ultimately means unconditional love and friendship with oneself. When I chose to change my name to Maitri, I understood the concept and was dedicated to embodying what it represented on a higher level, knowing that this would be a life-long journey to fully feel Maitri expressed in my life. The name Maitri was an initiation for me and continues to keep me grounded in the practice of unconditional love, service, and friendship.

It is a commitment to unconditional friendship and love with myself.
