Your life-force energy is not something to be spent frivolously or negotiated with.
This is a lesson I learned the hard way for many years.
Your life-force is to be treated as a sacred offering, a gift, to be used at your own personal discernment, and sovereign choice. It is owed to no one but YOU.
Who or what you choose to spend this precious currency on, is blessed indeed.
You build self-trust by showing up for yourself in this way, owning your value, setting energetic boundaries, and being discerning with your energy and attention.
The time of giving away your value is gone, and can not be supported in this new earth.
Everything is energy—what you place your attention on, will grow.
