Accessing ALL parts of you is key to holistic therapy, and this is achieved through balance between "top-down" and "bottom-up" approaches. Through various embodied therapeutic techniques such as grounding, guided visualization, breath work, education on the psychology of shadow work, yoga therapy integration, and other creative and expressive tools, we can access deeper layers of our personal truth and healing .

Holistic Therapy means we do not just use talk-therapy as a tool for transformation.

We use body, mind, and spirit together to heal all parts of a person, and give you access to all parts of YOU.
