Our bodies are our HOME, just as earth is also our Home. Learning to nurture and sustain what we have created—our creative projects, our own inner process, our healing journey, our bodies, our relationships with others....all need our sustaining influence and nurturing to stay alive and well.
What use is it to create amazing things in the world, to not sustain it?
