Feel safe to BE with your breath again

Did you know that the majority of individuals are unconsciously afraid to feel their own power?
Many will read that and think “are you kidding? All I really want is to feel my power, to be fearless, to meet life with confidence and stand in my truth.”
I hear it all the time.
And yet, when we are given opportunities in life to speak up, be seen for who we are, and take control of our life—there’s often a disconnect from “thinking” we want to be in our power, to actually “embodying our power” in tangible ways.
The breath gives us an opportunity to feel our own life force, to feel prana pulsing through our bodies, waking up our vitality again.
And this simple practice alone gives us SO MUCH INFORMATION and embodied insight, into how we show up to life.
How you show up with yourself, your body, your breath—is how you show up to life.
Don’t judge it, just notice.
I’ve been weaving transformational Breathwork into many of my embodied therapy work—which has informed and guided my clients to new levels of self-awareness. ALL without language.
