Clearing Your Heart Space

The heart generates the largest electrical and magnetic field of the body.

The heart’s magnetic field can be measured up to several feet away from one’s body.

The brain/thoughts can be measured as electric energy.

But the heart holds both magnetic and electric energy (electromagnetic) which is the most powerful energetic force in our bodies.

Our electromagnetic energy flows out from the heart and around us, in a shape known as a torus, which gives off our specific frequency and connects us with other people/situations/opportunities that are in resonance with that frequency. It's called "the law of resonance." These "torus fields" are interlocking energy fields that relay energy and information, with the largest portion coming and going through the heart.

When you're working with clients, the energy you're emitting from your heart is sending messages and information that is MUCH STRONGER and more influential than anything you are thinking, or words you are speaking.

Knowing your energy has a larger impact than your words is important, and having a clear heart space is key when wanting to make a life-changing impact on others.

A tool I often use and recommend is heartmath. A simple google search will take you to several videos to choose from, to help you get into heart-coherence.
