I am a massage therapist that can guide you to gentle integration of subconscious parts for revolutionary healing through cognitive somatic practices, energy work and bodywork.
CONNECT WITH TEMPLEI am originally from Boise, Idaho and enjoyed years of study, exploration and travel to hone my unique practice and attunement to mind, body, and spirit, including an MFA, 7 years teaching art and yoga in New York City, and trips to South East Asia.
I am drawn to the intersection of grit, creativity, and spirit and hold sacred curiosity and compassion in service of embodied transformation.
I am a mother of an almost 2 year old, and grateful to be raising her in the beauty of the nature and community of north-end Boise.
