I am a massage therapist that can guide you to gentle integration of subconscious parts for revolutionary healing through cognitive somatic practices, energy work and bodywork.

I am originally from Boise, Idaho and enjoyed years of study, exploration and travel to hone my unique practice and attunement to mind, body, and spirit, including an MFA, 7 years teaching art and yoga in New York City, and trips to South East Asia.

I am drawn to the intersection of grit, creativity, and spirit and hold sacred curiosity and compassion in service of embodied transformation.

I am a mother of an almost 2 year old, and grateful to be raising her in the beauty of the nature and community of north-end Boise.
