Consultation is also designed for Brainspotting Clinicians to consult regarding Specialty trainings about set-ups & application. Jessica specializes in blending yoga therapy, somatics, breathwork and other body-based modalities with Brainspotting, and offers her own training program called The Yothera Method that integrates the two.
My consultation style is grounded in the body and guided by intuition, creating an experiential and relational space where learning is embodied, questions are welcomed, and growth unfolds organically. I specialize in working with adults and couples, and bring that lens into our exploration of client dynamics and applications of the work. Certifyees that I work with also value spirituality, intuition, and embodiment approaches when working with their own clients.
