Yothera Method offers helping and healing professionals a new approach to their work, that changes the whole perspective of what it means to seek therapy in the first place.

Traditional therapy teaches us to work with the mind alone -- with little to no acknowledgement of the body, soul, or intuition of the individual. With such a narrow perspective, we are not truly being of best service to ourselves and those we work with.

Helping and healing professionals who receive training and implement the Yothera Method in their work, feel more authentic to express their own unique talents and gifts with clients, as well as support their clients in doing the same in their own lives.

Yothera Method supports you in implementing a more holistic approach in your profession, to decrease burn out and compassion fatigue, and increase joy, playfulness, intuition, and authenticity into your unique service in the world.

I understand that this program is open to all helping professionals that work 1x1 with clients, not just mental health therapists.

I understand becoming a certified practitioner requires additional requirements and hours beyond this 8-week course, and will also be an additional fee. I acknowledge that I will be given more details and information about becoming certified once I begin this course. There is no obligation to continue forward towards certification once completing this course

I understand that as a participant, I need to reserve 3-5 hours/week for Self-study portion of the course.

TERMS & AGREEMENTS

By enrolling in the Yothera Method Facilitator Training (YMFT), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Program Overview

This is an 8-week hybrid program including self-paced modules and four live Zoom training days. The program is hosted on Kajabi and is designed to support therapists and helping professionals in integrating the Yothera Method into their work.

2. Payment & Refund Policy

You may choose to pay in full or in 3 monthly installments.
All payments are non-refundable.
If cancellation is requested 14 or more business days before the training start date (Sept 13, 2025), you may receive a 50% refund of the total payment made.
Cancellations within 14 days of the start date are not eligible for a refund, but you will receive full credit toward a future cohort, valid for one year.

3. Client Responsibilities

Attend all four live Zoom training days to be eligible for CE credits and certification.
Complete self-paced content on your own schedule before each live training.
Maintain respectful communication and engagement with instructors and fellow participants.
Ensure access to stable internet and compatible devices per Zoom’s technical requirements.
I understand that active participation is essential for this program. I commit to dedicating 3–5 hours per week to:
- Watch training videos
- Complete weekly challenges and embodiment practices
- Engage with my accountability partner
I understand that this is not a passive course, and full participation is encouraged to receive the full benefit of the training and to honor the group container.

4. Confidentiality

All participant discussions, client cases, and personal disclosures shared during the program (including live sessions, emails, and forums) must remain confidential. Breach of confidentiality may result in removal from the program without refund.

5. Ownership of Content

All course materials, videos, downloads, and teachings are the intellectual property of Jessica Maitri and Yothera, LLC. You are granted personal access for educational purposes only. Reproduction, redistribution, or repurposing of the content is strictly prohibited without written permission.

6. Disclaimer

This training is not therapy or a replacement for therapy. It is a professional development and certification program intended for licensed professionals and helping practitioners. You are responsible for using the content ethically and within the scope of your licensure.

7. Tech Access & Support

You are responsible for securing internet access and technology compatible with Zoom and Kajabi. We cannot guarantee troubleshooting for individual tech issues, but general support is available by contacting [email protected].

8. Community Expectations

This is a shared container rooted in mutual respect, professionalism, and compassion. Disruptive or disrespectful behavior toward instructors or participants may result in dismissal from the program without refund.

9. Path to Certification

I understand that while this 8-week training lays the foundation for the Yothera Method, certification as a Yothera Method Practitioner requires additional hours, requirements, and a separate enrollment process.

I acknowledge that:

Certification is optional and not required to complete this 8-week training
Certification involves a separate fee and additional commitments beyond the current program

10. Certification & CE Eligibility

Live attendance is required on all four training days to receive CE credit and certification.
You will be asked to complete evaluations post-training.
CE certificates and attendance documentation will be emailed within one week of program completion.

11. Grievance Policy

If you have concerns or grievances about your experience, please submit them in writing within 30 days of course completion. Include your name, date of training, detailed concern, and your desired resolution. Email: [email protected]
