  • I understand that Mentorship is not mental health therapy, and although Jessica Maitri holds a license and formal training as an LCSW, she is not acting in a traditional therapist role as the owner and operator of Yothera.
  • I understand there are no refunds.
  • For 6-session packages: Package expires within 6 months of purchase, and client must complete a minimum of 1 session/month.
  • For 12-session packages: Package expires within 12 months of purchase, and client must complete a minimum of 1 session/month.

RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATION POLICY

To respect everyone's time and ensure we can accommodate all clients:

  • Rescheduling or cancellations made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session can be done at no additional cost.
  • Changes made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a $50 fee.

This policy allows me to maintain availability for all clients while honoring our scheduled time together. Thank you for your understanding.
